10-4, this is S.S. Parker, 2860 Grand Avenue. The RP is the director, requesting assistance in contacting the guest in room 2. They first attempted to contact them to have them move to another room so they could gain access to the room for plumbing problems. They became 415 with the RP, and now they're requesting assistance.
