It's going to be 101 Mechanic Ave, apartment 3. Charles is the caller, stated that someone stole his package around 1230 this afternoon and has video of it. Caller said he did call and stated he is upset. This keeps happening and made a start with his BB gun. 101 Mechanic Ave, cross of Street and Central Street.
