10-10-4, next up is going to be a 10-17, shutting the welfare at the Mastic Rec Center, 15 Herkimer Street off of Classen Ave in Mastic. At the liquor store, safety fell near the dumpster. He's wearing a reflective vest, refusing rescue. Complainant recalled a minute ago, said he was depressed and hung up and stated he was on a bike.
