10 H 14, have you run to a code 3 disturbance, 4309 Wilmer Street, the Wilmer Boarding House. Happened about 30 minutes ago for an argument between the caller and a female that assaulted her and a male that threatened her. Female is a Black female, medium height, heavy build, wearing a green dress. And the suspect's boyfriend is a white male in his 40s, medium build, wearing a white muscle shirt and shorts.
