If you could respond to Petco, 50870 Gratiot. Caller states that there was a male laying on the ground and he was also arguing with our caller. There's also another male on scene that has a hatchet. The male with the hatchet is going to a white van. The other male that was laying down is now following him. One of the male's descriptions, a white male, blue t-shirt with white writing on it and blue jeans. We're still getting further.
