You respond to 9180 South 5th Avenue. Got a contractor digging for a future site development and they found a blanket about one foot down and noticed the soil is very discolored. They wanted to report this as a very unusual. They're going to be west of the pavilion in a blue truck in the middle of the field. 9180 South 5th Avenue, Lake Vista.
