Attention to the E-TAC units, 23103 northbound sunrise, just north of Wild Ridge. Black Nissan Altima with a 28 of the date, Edward Frank Williams, 755. Vehicle seen swerving all over the roadway and had near misses. 29 is returning clear to a 2018 Nissan Ford or Adam Roseville. PRP advised, the driver is possibly HPD and we do have a 10-39 at this time. Nothing further, check when it's clear at 11-28.
