39 West McDowell Road at the Food City, 824 Beat. There's three homeless males refusing to leave from the west side of the property, no known weapons. One's a Hispanic male, 50s, 5'4", thin, black pants, white shirt, pink backpack. The second is going to be a Hispanic male, 40s, thin shirt, blue pants, red shirt. And number three is a Hispanic male, 20s, 5'8", thin, tan pants, no shirt. Just inferred contact at 1023.
