110. Go over to 2823 Lowell. 2823 Lowell, for checking the welfare. Second-hand information, caller states that his girlfriend is accidentally locked inside her vehicle. She's been trying to get out for the last hour and cannot. Apparently the battery lost power to the vehicle and they can't get the door open.10-4.
