DAS 10-4, be en route to a 45 in progress, 2nd Avenue, Ethel Lane. Complainant advised a Black male wearing a black bonnet, gray shirt, green pants, and a book bag is stealing mail out of the mailbox. He's going to be DOT on, he's going to be on foot. Advised towards Longdale Drive.
