Both units, 909 East Euclid. 909 East Euclid at Taco John's for a dispute. Near the manager, Kim, she had a male hair with a shirt tied around his neck, approximately 30 years old. He's carrying a sign and harassing customers. He was last seen in the Bailey's parking lot.
