3, you have animal control. Be advised, I do have a scout for the Warren and Van Dyke. The animal is at Parker and East Warren. My scout said that the animal does not seem to be vicious. It looks like someone left food for the dog. The dog is eating some dog food here. They're now at Parker and East Warren. Do we have a description of the dog? It's a black and white pit bull, 780? Mostly a white dog. Mostly white and then some dark spots.
