1223 Frame Street, 1223 Frame Street, cross of Burgess Street. Caller's ex, Clarence Burdett, biracial male, white tank top, jeans and a backpack, was trying to take her dog. Caller said he shoved her and they've been fighting all night. Male has left on foot, unknown direction of travel. Still requesting call, enforcement.
