42 to Brooklyn. Battalion 42. 3436, just update the marine units coming in that we have a confirmed person in the water against the wall, right next to the parking lot just west of Caesars Bay. Units are walking down there now to try to get at them. You can also update EMS to maybe relocate to the parking lot.
