Sam 175 and Sam 181, 10-63, from a distance. 10-5. 81. Until I get anybody closer, 1075 West 4th Street, the Taco Bell. It's going to be some sort of disturbance, threats going on. The subject inside threatening armed workers. There's a loud disturbance in the background. Subject will be a black male, 23 years, 6 foot, medium build. Going to be wearing a white shirt, light gray pants.
