She refused to get out of her car. She's now stuck in water. Went around the barricade. She's in the middle of the deepest area. He tried to get her out. She's still stuck and refused to get out of her car.

The city needs to do something about the flooding in this area. And while they’re at it they need to add turning lanes or a light at this intersection. There should be no reason this road floods constantly and we have to wait 10 minuets to turn off of dryer.
