Charles 46. Go ahead. Public Works has some high water signs. They should probably go out at East Spring Valley, right near Atchison. The westbound side of the roadway is getting pretty high. That's clear. Do I need to call county about Atchison, or is it just Spring Valley? West of Atchison is also a little high. It's not too bad, but you might need to put it by county. 236.
