Responding to the area of 490 East 1st Ave, 490 East number 1. It's going to be for the report of a suspicious person. Caller stated that there was a male outside an address yelling someone's name repeatedly. He did not take a good look at him because it was dark out. But he did say that someone was yelling the same name over and over again, walking up and down the street.
