I have an RP at 16th and Iowa. He's wanting to speak to an officer about a suspicious person in the area.

 Advised it was one of the neighbors peeping in another neighbor's yard. He went behind his gate.

 That neighbor went back into his house now, but the RP is in a four-door Chevy pickup at 16th and Iowa.
