South units, 4060 Date Street. We've got a vehicle parked in front of our home. Appears that someone is living inside the vehicle. Approximately three people occupy it. RP's stating on ETOH, possible drugs involved, no weapons. It's going to be a maroon four-door sedan. Stating she wants to remain anonymous, but they find it suspicious that they have drapes over the vehicle. And when they come out, the vehicle runs off. For more information, visit www.fema.gov.
