You can respond to Highway 140 and Smith Road for a suspect in verbal that just occurred. RP's stating that there were male voices yelling at each other. One of the voices was coming from a vehicle with food just came in east east down on Highway 140. For the RP, there's still two male subjects possibly on foot. Highway 140 and Smith talking and yelling at each other. Make those suspect descriptions.
