This is beyond crazy! All day
It was almost 11 pm when I passed by and it was pretty much cleared, except for near the Pennsylvania exit. At Pennsylvania it looked like a few lanes were still closed and some traffic had accumulated there. I exited the fwy. on La Crescenta ave. exit. There seemed to be chaos for the entire day. Earlier I had to take the streets to get home because I knew it would take longer on the fwy than they say.
