Baker 5112. Start towards the shots fired call, 8608 North 30th Street, to the northeast of Zestos. Caller heard an explosion or a gunshot towards the river to the northeast and said they felt the vibration. Said there was also a black SUV behind the business that was parked. Does not believe that's connected at all, though. Caller does not wish to be seen. 3 Baker 51. Clear from the southeast.
