331 Bravo. 25 Bravo. It's coming in as a person down, 1st Avenue South, Pasadena Ave South, 1 Pasadena. A D3 is extremely tense with a hit-and-run fatality. Looks like there's a male that's down, 30 to 40 years old, 6 foot, thin-build, possibly has a blanket over him. It's unknown weapons. He's down on the ground close to the trail. Rescue's also responding at 2202.
