130-10-4, it's going to be a triad import specialist, 254 West Mountain Street. PR advised that he witnessed on his cameras a Hispanic male, approximately 18 years of age, wearing jeans, black vest with long sleeves. He attempted to break into the PR's personal vehicle, could not get the door open, started looking inside, and then walked off, going down Dobson.
