Broadcasting information only, Dakota and Blackstone for reckless driver. This will be a Hispanic male or a white male in a small white vehicle with a plate of 7 William Robert David 098, with a pit bull in the backseat, was last seen westbound Dakota, possibly en route on Blackstone, right on Blackstone. Male was yelling at past seen kids and was swearing. RP no longer sees the vehicle. First one clear.
