Suspect female, Hispanic, no further description, lit the basket of a lime bicycle on fire. Suspect currently sitting on the bicycle. Incident 3871 and RD 643. Hollywood unit to hand identify. West LA units, information only, possible Amber Alert site, unit 101, Entrata Drive at the Will Rogers State Beach Liquor Store. Incident, a car, approximately 1710 hours. Correction, a male wearing a black sweatshirt with a hood zipped up to cover his face, carrying a black bag.
