We're holding a raid still. Family Dollar 909 West Holmes. Accused of a Black male with facial hair, no shirt, black shorts, black hat, with an electric bike. He's coming in and out of the store attempting to steal. The caller locked the doors and now feels uncomfortable to unlock because of how often he keeps coming back in. Unknown if he's still there or if he's left. We're holding.
