In front of the Ballard shoes, there's someone drinking from an open container, listening to loud music, and getting aggressive to people who walk by. He does have a stick that he tries to use to attack passerbys. It's a Black male, 6 foot, facial hair, glasses. He has a do-rag on, wearing a gray t-shirt and unknown colored jeans.
