Check welfare. Across the street from 12333 West Oklahoma Avenue, 12333 Oklahoma Avenue. At the bus stop, it's going to be a female, Black, wearing a white t-shirt, black bonnet, and black pants. The female has been screaming, crying, and yelling on the phone for the last hour. When the caller went to check on her, she threatened to pepper spray him.
