Confines of the 44, 44 is advising a pickup of a 10-30. States, stolen phone and bag. Bag was recovered. Fled east 157 and Girard. Looking for two male Blacks, tan pants, another male Hispanic, red shirt, multi-color. Five minutes in the past. Perp fled on foot towards east 143, east 153. Male Black wearing a black t-shirt, tan pants, hot seat 48... He's old.
