At the Simon's Apartments, 2119 3 Avenue. Caller was pushed down by a male who appeared high and then left. Name is Eel, Black male, 60s, 5'3", average build and all black clothing. He's known to stay in unit 311 here. Be advised, the caller does have threat to law enforcement cautions. She's resisted arrest and fought officers before. 2119 3 Avenue.
