It's going to be behind the Kroger store on Center, 2910 Center Avenue, cross of Sherman and Harding Road. Our caller believes that there is a female living under the semi-trailer in the back. There's two semis parked there. She is under the one parked closest to the building. She is currently there now talking to herself. She is a white female, appears to be in her 50s. She is arguing with herself. And our caller did not see anything on her that could be considered a weapon.
