A complaint over at Royal Oak parking lot. Caller chased it. He was trying to park his vehicle with his mom and there's a tall black male, no shirt, riding a motorized bike with his kids. They're being reckless. He tried to ask them to stop and they kept going in front of his car and coming at them. If you could check the area. They live at 20584 Lorain Road, apartment 3.
