Radio to 43. 43. Can you please start for the high-risk 16 on 4th and High? Male Black with a red, white, and blue hat, no shirt, punched a homeless male white to the head. The male Black did leave on foot with two other suspects, southbound on High. The victim looks homeless, with a gray suit, and he's unconscious. 43, we copy. Thanks, CFD's gonna advise.
