To the 4 and 8, getting a well-being check. 6500 South Kedzie at the gas station. Caller states there is a Black female in a nude bra, navy blue leggings. She's beating on people's car windows and jumping on their cars and sticking her middle finger up and yelling and telling people to hit her.
