Ladies to 3210. 2 John. East start to 1800 5th Avenue. Caller stating there was two Black males stealing packages from the brown box at the bus stop. At this location, they're still on scene. One's in a wheelchair. Looks like they were heading down towards Coleman Street. 2 John, copy. 1953.
