Boy 33, Received, and 2 Boy 13, I'll have you back. It's 4300 11th Avenue Northwest. Just a witness calling in. Said a female suspect was throwing various items from a tent and screaming at other suspects in the tent. At one point, they seem to have gotten a white Chevrolet Express van occupied by two. They were seen smoking narcotics earlier as well. 4300 11th Avenue Northwest.
