There's a female that appeared to have been attacked by a dog. Male keeps going in and out of a house to get more rags. Bleeding does not appear to be controlled. Dogs might possibly be in the house. Unknown if it's secured or not. Alright, 56 en route 1906, 9th Street and Weddock Avenue.
