105 and 108 responding to this suspicious event just occurred at 909 Lotus Path. Just be advised, it was referencing a white male, orange shirt, blue jeans, around 50 years. And he was seen digging holes up and down the street. The complainant is a local neighbor and remains anonymous. 1756.
