Channel, Rofield Med 20. We're at the Moreland Boulevard, eastbound at Blue Mound Road for a rival of an unknown problem. Getting quite a few calls of a disabled vehicle in traffic. This disabled vehicle appears to have run out of gas. However, one of the good Samaritans just stopped out with the driver, advising he's very dazed and looks like he needs some sort of medical attention.
