Victim stated she was walking eastbound on Broadway, and then a vehicle stopped next to her, snatched two gold bracelets from victim, dialed it around 4K in proceeds. Camera footage is available. Unknown maker plate number for that vehicle. Alright, can the footage be retrieved today?
