Taking a DC, Donkey High School, 7815 Lapham. Caller stated there was a male, Black, wearing a black shirt and blue jeans, with white and gray shoes that was loitering on the property, defecated on the side of the building, none left. Southbound, approximately 10 minutes ago, on foot.
