I'm going to have you check out 1814 Capitol. 1814 Capitol, a lot of theft that just occurred. Supposed to be two males, two females. One of the males is on a yellow bicycle with black letters on it. They apparently just stole a bicycle out of the yard at 1809 Capitol. And they're leaving eastbound. Caller was a neighbor. I just want you to check the area there.
