Check the area around Liberty Bell Condos, 17322 Independence. Got a report of two solicitors that were eastbound on Sheldon through the parking lot of the Liberty Bell. Two Black males, light-skinned, one wearing a reflective vest and one wearing a blue shirt. They refused to show our caller, who's the HOA president, their permit. She would also like to speak with you. She's at 17322 Independence.
