Dispatch 763. Go ahead. If you head south, trespassing on the Kroger, 26130 Gratiot. It's a homeless male. He was told to leave yesterday. He's back, currently on an electric shopping cart. Not sure if he's been trespassed or not. It's a Hispanic male, about 5'2", with a beard, wearing a black shirt. There's a female with him. Safety gets irate when he sees officers.
