John. Mr. John, animal control call, 1621 Willis Avenue. Advising neighbor's dog was out. A passing bicyclist who declined EMS with no injury in the dog attempted to attack their toddler, but the neighbors came and collected the animal, would like contact and for you to contact the owner.
