4215 B. 4115 B. My, be in front of 1085 West 36th Street. There's a pedestrian crossing light at the location. It kept recycling on its own, and it's causing traffic jams. Can you please advise my authority if you can come in and set it? QSL, what's going on with the light? It kept recycling on its own. It's supposed to be a pedestrian crossing light. Alright.
