23 and also 2095, I have a harassment report. It's going to be at the Safe Harbor, 536 Bushkill Drive. Caller said there's a female on the property that was harassing him in video recording and also took pictures of the caller's vehicle. White female, approximately 60 years old, 5'4", skinny with blonde and black hair, wearing a gray shirt, black shorts, cheetah print sneakers, and a black shirt.
