It was a red Nissan Altima, partial plate of Boy Charles X-ray that was speeding in, well, varying speeds between 25 all the way down to 70 miles an hour, or up to 70 miles an hour. Westbound on Fox off of 36 is the last location about 3 to 5 minutes ago.
